 Dr. Derree L. Braswell, founder of Global Impact Leadership Solutions, is an accomplished multifaceted international leader with a wealth of experience spanning various sectors to include retail, education, talent management, and non-profit agencies to name a few. With a robust professional journey, Dr. Braswell carved an illustrious career path, influencing and empowering individuals across diverse sectors and is regarded as a leader in the Learning & Development community. 

 With a solid foundation built over ten years at The Adecco Group, where she served as the Global VP Talent Management, Dr. Braswell honed her expertise in cultivating talent on a global scale. Her international facilitation skills coupled with certifications in methodologies such as The Birkman Methodology, Crucial Conversations, EQi 2.0, Bob Pike Train the Trainer, and Bob Pike Instructional Design, underscore her commitment to transformative leadership development.  She is the recipient of the Florida Diversity Council’s “Most Influential and Powerful Women” Award as well as the “Multi-Cultural Leadership” Award.  She also is a past President of the NE Florida Chapter of ATD.
