Meet Dr. Derree Braswell

Dr. Derree L. Braswell is an executive advisor, talent strategist, leadership-development expert, and Founder of Global Impact Leadership Solutions, LLC. She partners with executives and organizations to strengthen leadership capability, improve talent practices, build more effective teams, and address the people challenges that can affect business performance.
Before founding Global Impact, Dr. Braswell served as Global Vice President of Talent Management with The Adecco Group, where she led talent and leadership initiatives across a complex, global organization. Her career also includes senior leadership in learning and development, ten years as a school principal, and extensive experience facilitating leaders and teams in the United States and internationally. This breadth of experience gives her a practical perspective on the connection between business strategy, people, and performance.
Dr. Braswell is an Authorized Birkman Professional and holds certifications in Crucial Conversations, EQ-i 2.0, Bob Pike Train-the-Trainer, and Bob Pike Instructional Design. She has been recognized by the Florida Diversity Council with its Most Influential and Powerful Women Award and Multicultural Leadership Award. She is also a former President of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
Known for asking thoughtful questions, making sense of complex situations, and creating solutions leaders can put into practice, Dr. Braswell brings both strategic insight and a genuine commitment to helping people and organizations grow.
